Refund Eligibility:
- Greeting Cards, Musical greeting cards, Led greeting cards, DIY kits : We do not offer refunds or exchanges on above items.
- Home Decor: For non-customized home decor items, we offer a 7-day refund or exchange policy. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- In the event that you receive damaged or defective items, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue.
- If the damage or defect is verified, we will gladly offer you a replacement or refund. In some cases, we may request that you return the damaged or defective item. We will reimburse the shipping charges upto INR 100.
- Please note: Products sent back without a consent email from Team Designarium Konkan Mart will not be considered for replacement.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details and reason for return. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with any necessary instructions.
- For non-customized home décor items, you must return the product within 7 days from the date of purchase. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or packing slip).
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is being returned due to damage or defect.
- Please note: Products sent back without a consent email from Team Designarium Konkan Mart will not be considered for replacement.
Refund Processing:
- Once we receive your returned item and it is inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund or exchange request.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Non-Refundable Items:
The following items purchased from the website are non-refundable: –
- Any items that are Customized or personalized
- Items that are damaged or show signs of use or wear
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers
